Accra's cultural scene has been moving fast, and Muud Swingz has been one of the people setting the pace. The Ghanaian-born DJ, event curator, and multidisciplinary artist has built a reputation on a sound that refuses to stay put geographically — spanning genres and scenes with the ease of someone who's been paying close attention for a long time. As co-founder of The Weird Cult, a community-based design collective, he's helped shape the city's cultural fabric through raves, pop-ups, and live events. His sets have taken him across stages including Asabaako Beach Festival, Sandbox Beach Club, and Jamestown Boutique, while his radio presence stretches well beyond Ghana — NTS, Rinse FM, Hotel Paris Radio, Oroko, and Mantissa among them.
