I’m Ike Muna — a creative strategist and artist manager based in Berlin, working across music, culture, and storytelling.

I run Life’s Not So Bad, a boutique management and creative studio focused on early-stage and independent artists. My approach blends artist development, brand partnerships, and community-driven strategy — helping artists build sustainable careers and tell stories that actually connect.

Before starting LNSB, I worked in A&R and label operations with platforms like NTS Radio, Majestic Casual, and Sincerely Yours, collaborating with artists and labels across the UK, EU, and US. I’ve led projects that sit between the worlds of music, fashion, and visual culture — from creative rollouts and branded events to international tours.

At the core of everything I do is a belief that good ideas don’t need to be loud — they just need to be real.
